The first JKHS STEM Symposium will be held in the media center during Learn B (11:30-12:00) on Wednesday, December 17. STEM projects will be on display and students will be available to explain the project and benefits of learning with a STEM/PBL focus.
Abram Piasek, 86 years old, spoke with sophomores about surviving life in concentration camps and his personal experiences surviving the Holocaust.
