The NC Department of Public Instruction has created NCWISE course codes for all NCSSM IVC courses and these courses will appear on a student’s transcript.  NCSSM also provides progress reports and report cards to each student in the local school.  Each class is taught on a semester long, daily , 90 minute block schedule during the school day.  Participating public schools provide the textbooks, a classroom or dedicated learning space, a computer for each student during class, and a local facilitator (who does not have to be a licensed teacher).  For more information on NCSSM IVC courses and on how to register your students for the 2012-13 school year, visit www.dlt.ncssm.edu/ivc or counselors can contact Anna DeConti at deconti@ncssm.edu  or (919) 416-2833.   Please see attached flier for more information.
