MISSION STATEMENT: "To create a safe, positive learning environment for all students, faculty, and staff through community collaboration by providing bullying awareness, education, prevention and intervention methods." Students in grades five through twelve will participate in the Student-Led Bullying Coalition Campaign Process by nominating one student per homeroom. Each candidate will be screened by an advisory committee and will participate in a three school day campaign process. This process will include public speeches to the student body as well as the advisory committee. At the end of the five day process, an election will occur. The winner of the election will be the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Student-Led Bullying Coalition. Other job positions such as board members will also be announced at this time. Be a part of the solution and ask your homeroom teacher for more information today! |
