North Duplin Behavior Code 2008

NDJS will hold all students to the highest standards of personal conduct.  Such conduct promotes a healthy, safe, and orderly atmosphere that is conducive to learning.  We take great pride in the excellent and cooperative behavior of our students.  Good discipline is a hallmark of NDJS.

A well-disciplined school fosters an atmosphere in which students can learn, feel safe, and are free of harassment.  We are committed to providing a positive atmosphere for all students and we expect all students to be an integral part in helping to promote good behaviors.

Similarly, all rules apply to all school functions and athletic events.  We insist all students hold themselves to high standards of good behaviors .

A brief outline of the discipline plan at NDJS is included in the student handbook issued to all students at the beginning of the school year.
