There are two policies that  are to be read by ALL Duplin County School Employees who are to have access to NC Wise.  The policies are: 
1. NC Policy on Passwords and Security and  2. Duplin County Acceptable Use Policy

After reading these 2 policies, each employee is to sign a statement that indicates they have read the policies, understand the policies and will abide by the policies.  The DATA MANAGER at each school will have a copy of these policies with the signature forms.  Each employee must sign this form BEFORE receiving a user name and password to NC WISE.  The District NC Wise Coordinator will have the form for Central Office employees who are to have access to NC WISE.
