PHILOSOPHY

We, the faculty and staff at Warsaw Elementary School, seek to provide programs that will stimulate the development of all students to their fullest potential.  We strive to use all available resources to enable each child to become fully prepared to function successfully in an ever-changing society.

As professional educators, we aim to create a climate that is conducive to meeting the developmental needs of all students.  We promote positive self-esteem, responsibility, and a sense of accomplishment to enhance the development of good citizenship.  We adhere to the North Carolina Standard Course of Study, which encompasses the many areas of learning.  Teachers employ a variety of instructional strategies to enhance creativity, critical thinking skills and increase students' academic progress.

We believe that it is necessary to establish, promote, and sustain cooperative home, school, and community efforts in order to maintain effective schools where all students learn.
