Warsaw Middle School believes that effective schools will provide all students the opportunity:

• To achieve mastery of the basic competencies of the essential curriculum
• To develop the ability to think logically, critically, scientifically, creatively, and independently
• To develop knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for accepting responsibilities and self discipline
• To gain knowledge and appreciation for the arts through cultural and creative experiences
• To develop a positive self-image, emotional stability, and an acceptance level of physical well-being
