WELCOME TO FIRST GRADE!!

Hello! My name is Mrs. Abigail King. We are going to have such a great year! I have a Bachelor's of Science in Child Life from East Carolina University, and I also have obtained my Masters in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. This is my fifth year teaching and I am super excited about meeting all my students. I am positive this is going to be a great year full of new friends, new adventures, and new discoveries. I want you to know that their education and success is my top priority. I am aware that all children are different and learn in different ways. I will do my best each day to make sure your child is cared for, making progress, and is building a love for learning. All children are important - they are explorers, they are authors, they are scientists, they are loved, they are respected, and THEY are the reason why I am here!
