Welcome to the 2022-2023 STEAMA 2.0 Lab for 6th,7th, and 8th graders!STEAMA is an acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math, and Agriculture. Sixth graders will learn about the six STEAMA pillars and careers related to each pillar, explore personal characteristics, drive and code a Sphero, engineer a bridge, design a camera, and manage finances. Seventh grade students will focus on the agriculture pillar in STEAMA and learn about numerous careers. Students will grow vegetables using a vertical, aeroponic system, track growth, and harvest. These students will create biodegardeable plastic and butter. Eighth grade students will be utilizing the FUSE studio to become experts in STEAMA. FUSE consists of 32 challenges.
