Field Trip Requests
Please carefully review the information shared yearly with administrators when planning field trips, especially the policy, regulation, and guidelines documents. Anytime a student or group of students leaves a school campus under the sponsorship of the school and under the supervision of school employees, it is considered a field trip, and approval is required. The one exception is when athletic teams participate in athletic events.
All field trip request forms must be submitted via the Field Trip Request Portal below. Please remember that no expenditures may be made or fees collected before a field trip is fully approved, so we encourage you to plan well before approval deadlines. Forms should be signed by the principal and submitted via the Field Trip Portal Form at least six weeks before the date of the requested overnight/out-of-state trip and at least two weeks before day trips.
