As part of the application process, licensed candidates must complete three job specific inventory questions, submit three references, upload transcripts in application, and upload their resume.
Candidates are encouraged to include their social security number in the application.
Candidates will have the opportunity to apply to a “Generic” licensed position if a position in their content area in not available.
Candidates have the option to upload their teaching license and praxis scores to their application (strongly encouraged when applicable).
Note: You will either need to hold a valid NC Educator’s License or be eligible to apply for one. Lateral Entry candidates must hold a four-year degree in a specific content/subject area with a 2.5 or higher GPA from a regionally accredited college or university in order to qualify for a teaching position.
