Often times clearing the browsing data and restarting the device can resolve a lot of issues.

Also, student devices must be logged into the internet filters in order to access the internet at home. Here are instructions for logging into the filter system.
Please first contact the classroom teacher via established communication methods in order to troubleshoot the issue.
If you are unable to resolve the issue with the teacher, students and parents may either:

In order to support student learning in the classroom and at home, students have access to a variety of digital resources for the various subject areas. These digital resources provide students with access to content, video, interactive activities, and assessments.

Teachers and students that need access to Microsoft Office 365 or other academic software on their personal devices may be eligible for an academic discount.
