Duplin County Schools is pleased to offer optional student device insurance through a third party company named Securranty. This optional insurance can be purchased by students and parents through a link on our school’s website. If purchased, the insurance covers unlimited repairs or replacements for everything from broken screens, lost chargers, accidental damage, and much more with a zero deductible for one year on school-issued iPads or Chromebooks. The insurance cost for student iPads is $29.95 and $21.95 for student Chromebooks, which may be significantly less than repair or replacement costs without insurance.
