Grievances and ComplaintsGRIEVANCES: The Duplin County Board of Education has adopted a policy for employees to adhere to when filing a grievance (Policy Code: 1750/7220). Employees wishing to file a formal grievance should contact the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources as soon as possible to schedule a meeting. Anonymity is available upon the request of the employee.
COMPLAINTS: Employees have the option to file a complaint rather than a formal grievance. Please contact the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources for more information regarding the process for filing a complaint. Anonymity is available upon the request of the employee.
