Work-Based Learning Opportunities

Work-based learning is an educational strategy that integrates real-world work experiences with classroom learning to help individuals apply academic and technical skills, develop employability skills, and prepare for careers. It bridges the gap between theory and practice by connecting students with employers and community professionals, and it can include a variety of arrangements like internships, apprenticeships, and on-the-job training.  Duplin County Schools offers a variety of WBL opportunities for students.
