Welcome! My name is Sam Davis.  This is my 19th year as a School Librarian.  I was hired in 2000 to work for Rose Hill-Magnolia.  Six years ago, I was fortunate enough to move to KES.  Prior to 2000, I worked in Randall Library at UNCW.  Altogether I have 23 years of library experience.  I am a North Carolina native.  I grew up in High Point and graduated High School there in 1988 from Andrews High.  I received my Undergraduate Degree from UNCG in Greensboro with a degree in History and Classical Studies in 1994.  Then I went to North Carolina Central to get my Masters in Library Science.  I received that degree in 2002.  My wife, Julie, is a native of Duplin County.  We were married in Rose Hill in 1992.  I have two children, Victoria and Samantha.  They were born in 2002 and 2004!  I enjoy being a librarian very much.  I love helping people find the right resource and I really enjoy troubleshooting problems.  Please contact me if you have any questions or if I can help you in any way!
