Hello, I want to welcome you to the 2017-2018 school year at North Duplin Elementary. My name is Mr. Elwell and I am the special education resource teacher. I feel it is important to have an open communication throughout the school year. I will be working closely with the students and I am so excited to be a part on making the students have a successful school year.

     I graduated from East Carolina University. My wife and I have four children. My oldest child lives in Western North Carolina and I have three children attending East Carolina University. This is my first year teaching at North Duplin Elementary and I am so excited to meet everybody.
