  • On Friday, January 18th, all BFG students who ordered from our PBIS ROAR Store will receive their deliveries!  Special thanks to Mrs. Shenetta Blount's class for helping make those deliveries happen!

Students in 5th-8th grade who used their Dojo points to buy the Middle School incentive will get to participate in an Internet Cafe on Friday morning.

Here at BFG we are so excited about all the positive behaviors that are seen each and every day!

    Students:  Keep on ROARing!

Parents:  One way you can stay connected to your child's teacher/s is to link to their class on ClassDojo!  You can also see your child's daily dojo points, as well as any important class/school announcements.

  • January 2019 - Update

Posted by Jessica Palmer / Lauren McMahon on 1/17/2019
    Greetings Families!
The PBIS team at B.F. Grady is working diligently to improve behavior at our school. The team reviews and analyzes discipline data in order to identify trends, and then shares the findings with staff and parents.
December's discipline data was reported by Ms. Jessica Palmer at our staff meeting on January 7th, 2019. The data showed that disruptive behavior is one of the main behaviors of concern.
Our top priority is meeting the social/emotional needs of our students by providing opportunities for teachers, staff, and parents to work together to address behavioral concerns.
Below you will find some strategies on how to handle disruptive behaviors at home and at school. As always it is a privilege to serve you and your children.
