Greeting! My name is Lenore McDuffie North Duplin Elementary newest EC Teacher. 

I bring to you a flourishing career in education, dedicated to servicing students with various disabilities.

My journey and interest in educating students with disabilities emerged early, however I started pursuing my career after completing my Associates Degree in Liberal Arts and Social Sciences from Essex County Community (Newark NJ) as well as,  servicing as a substitute teacher for Jersey City Public Schools (Jersey City, NJ). I quickly was promoted to Teacher Assistant for the purpose of servicing students with academic challenges. During my transiting to Teacher Assistant, I was taped to participate in a partnership program between Jersey City Public Schools and New Jersey City College (now University). The rest is history. After servicing Jersey City Public Schools for many years, my next career venture would be with nonprofit named YCS-Youth Consultation Services specify servicing YCS Autism Division.
