Employment Application Instructions
Duplin County Schools uses the Applicant Tracking online application system, powered by PeopleAdmin, which provides an innovative way to streamline the hiring process. Applicants will experience an enhanced, user friendly system when applying for positions.
(Please note that Google Chrome is the recommended internet browser for this application system and that some features may not work appropriately in other browsers)
Prior to creating an Applicant Tracking account, you will need the following:
-
At least three (3) references (name, title and contact information including email addresses) – one must be a current or most recent supervisor
-
Work experience with company name and dates of employment
-
Some positions may require a resume and a transcript. If required, you must upload to your online portfolio instead of sending it by email
Internal Applicants Instructions
-
Current Duplin County Schools employees will search the Jobs Posting page
-
Internal Candidate clicks "Internal" in the green bar at the top of the page
-
This will take you to a page that indicates "for current employees only"
-
Internal Candidate clicks on "Yes, I am an employee" and follows the instructions
If you do not see a posting for a job(s) you are interested in, please consider applying to the Generic Licensed or Generic Classified in the category for which you are interested or as a Substitute in other categories. By doing this, you make your application visible to our district and to the hiring officials looking for those positions. Please continue to check the Duplin County Schools Job Board for future employment opportunities.
We invite you to complete an application today. If you have questions concerning Applicant Tracking or need support with the application process, please call 910 296-6626.
Thank you for your interest in our district and we wish you luck in your job search.
