Welcome!

It is a pleasure to be a new teacher here at DECHS and be able to connect with such bright students! My name is Ms. Elizabeth Santibanez Rojo (Ms. Santibanez or Ms. Rojo) and I teach Engineering The Future for the Spring 2021 semester. I am originally from Magnolia, NC and graduated from James Kenan High School in 2016. I attended The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduated in 2020 with a double major in Chemistry and Anthropology. I like to spend my free time crocheting, sewing, reading, and caring for my houseplants. I also have 2 cats (Safira and Oni) and 1 dog (Lulu). I look forward to a successful semester!
