  • Welcome!  My name is Kimberly Hodges and I am entering my 7th year at Wallace Elementary where I teach 6th grade ELA (English Language Arts).  I also coach our girls' middle school volleyball team - GO BULLDOGS!  

    I am extremely passionate about teaching and can honestly say that I love going to work every day!  I believe that reading opens up new worlds for each of us and I love having the opportunity to share this magic with my students.  I work hard to foster a feeling of family and keep class exciting and different - there is rarely a dull moment in room 306!  Throughout the year, we will work on our reading, writing, listening and speaking skills as we explore the power that this gives us through literature, communication and our community.
