I am a 2004 North Duplin Jr/Sr. High School graduate. I received a full scholarship to attend Mount Olive College, where I earned an Associates in Science Degree in General Studies and a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology.  It was also at this time that I met my wonderful husband, School Resource Officer Christopher Dyer. We have four beautiful children together, three of whom also attend North Duplin. I have enjoyed working alongside them as I continue my teaching endeavors. The 2023-2024 school year is my third year teaching Middle School ELA!
