Amanda Kennedy, RN, BSN, NCSN
-
Hi, my name is Amanda Kennedy and I am your Wallace Elementary School nurse! I graduated from South Lenoir High School, earned an Associate's Degree in Nursing from Lenoir Community College, and later graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. In 2014, I obtained my National School Nurse Certification from the National Board of School Nurses (NCSN). Over the years, I have worked in several healthcare settings.
Because the healthcare needs of today's students are significantly increasing, nursing services have become an integral part of the school health program. As a school nurse, I advocate for services and programs that will optimize student health, increase academic success, and will provide a meaningful impact on the student, families, and communities being served in and around our school district for many years to come.
Feel free to contact me at amkennedy@duplinschools.net or 910-285-7182 (office) or 910-271-4556 (cellular).
