    Mathematics
     
    I graduated from James Kenan High School in 2007 and went on to pursue an education from East Carolina University.  I graduated from ECU in May 2011 with a degree in Elementary Education and a licensure in Middle Grades (6-9) Math.  In April of 2013, I took the High School Math Praxis to become certified to teach grades 10-12.  I currently teach Math 3 and Math 3 Honors.  I have high expectations for all my students because I want them to be successful in the college setting, where independence is imperative.
