Parent Concerns
PARENT CONCERN PROCESS:
Students are the number one priority of both parents and DCS. Having said that, it recognized there may be times when parents have concerns. To expedite answers to questions and resolutions to challenges that may arise, DCS has put into place a process to address all parent concerns and questions as efficiently and effectively as possible.
When a question or concern arises:
1. Please contact your child’s teacher. If you discuss the matter with the teacher and are unable to resolve it at this level,
2. Please schedule a time to meet with your child’s principal. If you discuss the matter with the principal and are unable to resolve it at this level,
