Power Up is our school-wide enrichment program that is aimed at helping our students increase their K-2 readingskills and EOG math and reading scores for grades 3-6.All teachers focus on reading skills during Power Up in the mornings from 8:00-8:45 and emphasize differentiation in small groups. K-2 students do Open Court Phonics duringthis time, and 3-6 students work on EOG reading and math skills. It isimperative that we protect this time because of its importance. We ask that parents please have your childrenin school by 7:50 each morning.
