My name is Mrs. Vickie Mutter and this is my 17th year teaching here at North Duplin Elementary.  I love my job and look forward to being with my boys and girls each and every day.  I graduated from UNCW with a BA in Elementary Education in 2005.  I am married to my husband Nate, and we have one daughter, Natalie.  We also have two dachshunds, Pepper and Gracie.  I love to laugh and have fun, and I know that with your help, we are going to have a great school year.  Parents and students, please feel free to contact me via email or Talking Points if you need any assistance.
