• Check Your Email: Look out for an email from Infinite Campus that was sent to your inbox in early August. If you have not received an email, you may use the self-service link (https://portalaccess.ncsis.gov/) to set up an account if you know your child's Student ID number. 
• Follow the Email Instructions: 
  • Click on the provided link
  • Click on the New User? (located at the bottom of the log in area)
  • Enter the Activation Key that was provided in the email
  • Create your username and password
  • Record your username and password for future use

The next screen will ask you to enter your email address twice (2) and the password that you selected. For security purposes, you will have to verify the email address by checking your email account. If you have multiple students in the district, you may receive this message more than once. However, you only need to complete this verification process once.

Complete Annual Updates: Once your parent portal account is created, please take a few moments to complete the required annual updates for your student(s). If you have multiple students in DuplinCounty Schools, Infinite Campus conveniently stores each student's profile under one parent account.

Note: Please create your account and update your information as soon as possible, as time-sensitive information about the start of the school year will be communicated through your Portal Account.

If you are still experiencing issues setting up your account, please complete this Google Form, and more details will be shared with you as soon as possible.

The completion of the Technology Questions on the Annual Updates are necessary before your student will have access to a chromebook, ipad, or account. If you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact your school's data manager.

The Campus Student and Campus Parent apps provide the same tools as the browser version, with the benefit of the option to Stay Logged In and receive push notifications.
 

1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play
2. Search for your District Name and State, entering at least 3 characters of your district's name to search. Select your district from the list.
3. Enter your Username and Password
4. If using a secure, private device, mark Stay Logged In to receive mobile push notifications, if enabled by your school.
5. Click Log In!

Families can create a Parent Portal Activation Code by visiting, https://portalaccess.ncsis.gov/ and following steps 1-6. 

Enter Your District and Student Information

From the dropdown menu, select Duplin County Schools. Enter the required student information and click Find Your Student.

Verify Your Identity

Use the one-time passcode sent to you.

Get Your Code

Once verified, your Parent Portal code will be displayed.

I am missing student(s)

Please contact your school's data manager for assistance adding students to your account. Infinite Campus creates accounts based on physical address. If your address was entered differently for both of your students (example: 11th Street / Eleventh Street), a separate account was created. Your school data manager can merge your accounts. 

I have students under my account that are not my child

Please contact your school's data manager. If multiple families share an address (ex. apartment complex/multi-home dwelling) you may see another student in your account. Your school data manager can remove these students from your account. No confidential information has been added to Infinite Campus at this time, so your student's data is safe. 

Yes! Please reach out to your school's data manager for assistance merging your staff and parent accounts. This will allow staff members to access all accounts in one place. 

To access your student(s)’ report card, please follow these steps:

1. Login to Infinite Campus: Via your web browser or the Campus Parent app.
2. Select your student: If you have multiple students under your account, click on the name of the child whose grades you wish to view on the main dashboard. You can toggle between students using the person icon in the top left of the dashboard
3. Open the Menu: Click on the three lines in the top-left corner of the screen.
4. Select “Grades” to see your student’s grades and make sure the correct Quarter is selected. From the same menu, Click on “Documents”
5. Under Report Card, click “North Carolina Report Card” to view and print all of your student’s grades from the grading period you selected.

From the “Campus Parent” App:

1. Open the Campus Parent app and log in to your account
2. Tap on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left of the screen
3. Tap “More” at the bottom of the menu bar

5. Under “North Carolina Individual Score Report”, tap the Information about North Carolina Individual Score Reports
6. This will show all of the past and current Individual Score Reports for your child

From the Web:

1. Log in to the Parent Site
