B.F. Grady Elementary School Receives "Clean School" Award
KENANSVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA- March 5, 2019- B.F. Grady Elementary School has earned the “Clean School” Award for Duplin County Schools. Sandra Ganus of Saffelle Incorporated presented the school’s custodial staff with this award. She noted “we are so proud of these custodians and that facility. You are the ones that do the work and we appreciate what you do.” The custodial staff was presented with gift cards and a new banner will be sent to the school.
Team members include: Jeffrey Hall, Robert Mathis, Terry Smith, Michelle Sutton, and Carvis Williams.
Superintendent Austin Obasohan later noted, “On behalf of our Board of Education, I would like to congratulate this staff for earning the ‘Clean School’ Award. They have done an outstanding job keeping their school in top condition, especially with the recent devastation of Hurricane Florence. We congratulate them for a job well done!”
