November 16-20 is set aside to Celebrate International Education Week and American Education Week
International Education Week (IEW) is an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. This joint initiative of the U.S. Department of Education (ED) and the U.S. Department of State is part of the effort to promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn and exchange. This week also recognizes American Education and is set aside to celebrate public education and honor individuals who are making a difference to ensure that every child receives a quality education.
Thank you for making a difference in public education!
