Students Earn Highest GPA in JSCC Degree Program

DECHS Students Receive Recognition for Earning the Highest GPA at JSCC Commencement Exercises
During James Sprunt Community College Commencement Exercises, 16 graduates were recognized for earning the highest GPA of 4.0 in a degree program in all classwork required in the major field of study. Of the 16 graduates, 8 of them were Duplin Early College High School students (DECHS).
Ms. Tanya Smith, DECHS principal, shared “We are extremely proud of the academic excellence our students have demonstrated during their time at James Sprunt Community College. They are all amazing; not only academically, but in character as well.”
