Spread the news… Summer meals at no cost are here! 

The Duplin County Schools Child Nutrition Department is proud to provide meals at no cost for all children and teens 18 and under from June 16 – August 22, 2025-- because hunger doesn’t take a summer break! 

Each student will receive a nutritious lunch and the next day’s breakfast.

Weekend meals are also included

Meals can be picked up at the following School Sites:

  • Rose Hill-Magnolia Elementary
  • Kenansville Elementary
  • Beulaville Elementary
  • Warsaw Elementary
  • North Duplin Elementary
  • Wallace Elementary
  • B.F. Grady Elementary
  • Wallace-Rose Hill High School

Meal Pick-Up Schedule for June 16 – June 30 will be from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM (Monday–Friday). The Friday meal pick-up will include Saturday & Sunday meals.

Meal Pick-Up Schedule for July 1 – July 31 will be from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Monday–Thursday). The Thursday pick-up includes Friday, Saturday & Sunday meals

 Meal Pick-Up Schedule for August 1 – August 22 will be 7-Day Meal Boxes available Mondays only from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Each box includes breakfast and lunch for Monday through Sunday.

Menus and food safety guidelines are posted at each site and available on the Duplin County Schools website.

Starting July 1st, meals will also be available at local churches and community organizations—we’ll post those site details soon. If you're interested in hosting a meal site, we’re setting up site visits and training now. Contact: L’nette Stokes at 910-296-8786 or lstokes@duplinschools.net
