Kenansville, NC - At Tuesday night’s Board of Education meeting, Wallace-Rose Hill High School received the “Clean School” Award for Duplin County Schools. Ms. Sandra Ganus, Saffelle Representative and Mr. Ronald Moore, Director of Maintenance for Duplin County Schools, presented members of the custodial teams with gift cards and a plaque. Ms. Ganus commended the custodial teams on their hard work and dedication to ensure their facilities are maintained and clean, especially at the high school level when activities happen around the clock. In addition, the custodian members received the Clean School Award banner that will be displayed in their school. The custodial team members are Carol Newkirk, Carolyn Pollock, Michael Brinson, and James Linen.
